(Aurora province) With Baler as its capital, Aurora is a province located in Central Luzon, which was actually formerly part of Quezon. The province was named after the wife of the former Philippine president Manuel L. Quezon.

Baguio

Established by the Americans in the 1900, Baguio was created as the Summer Capital of the Philippines, and is still known as such. A home to several tourist destinations, Baguio is popular for Burnham Park, the Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Camp John Hay, Mines View Park, The Mansion, Baguio Botanical Garden, and the Philippine Military Academy.

Banaue, which is part of the Ifugao province, is most popularly known as the site of the Banaue Rice Terraces, which is sometimes also called the Eighth Wonder of the World. It is actually believed that the length of the rice terraces can actually encircle half of the globe.

Batangas

Batangas, with the similarly-named city as its capital, is on the southwestern part of Luzon, part of the CALABARZON region. The province is one of the most popular tourist destinations near Metro Manila, with its many beaches and first-rate diving spots, such as Anilao, Matabungkay, Punta Fuego, and Calatagan. It's also where the famous Taal Volcano is located.

Bataan

Part of Central Luzon, the province of Bataan occupies the entirety of the Bataan Peninsula, which separates the South China Sea and the Manila Bay. The province is known for the Bataan Death March, where the province was the starting point. Popular destinations for tourists include the different beach resorts, Mount Samat, and the 411-year-old First Abucay Catholic Church.

Batanes



The northernmost and smallest province in the country in terms of population and land area. The Batanes province is part of a group of islands and part of the region of Cagayan and because of its location, the province is subject to recurrent typhoons.

Cavite

The province of Cavite, which is also part of the CALABARZON region, is within the vicinity of Metro Manila, Batangas, and Laguna. Because of its proximity, Cavite has become one of the fastest growing provinces in the country. With 21 identified SMEs in the province, Cavite has been known to penetrate the global market with products such as tahong chips, scented candles, processed seafood, fruits and vegetables, ceramics, novelty items, bamboo products, and processed coffee, to name several.

Caramoan Peninsula



Caramoan is located in the eastern part of the province of Camarines Sur, which is subdivided into 49 barangays. In the past years, Caramoan has gained popularity as a tourist destination with its virgin beaches and the number of activities such as diving, swimming, snorkeling, and spelunking.

Camarines Sur is part of the Bicol region and is the largest among the provinces in the said region. Though Pili is the province's capital, Naga is actually the commercial and cultural center of the province. Camarines Sur is also known for being the source of products such as rice, corn, feed meal, freshwater fish, and livestock.

Dagupan CIty



Dagupan is located in the province of Pangasinan. The city is the main port and is the commercial and financial center of Pangasinan and Northern Luzon, with active trading of sugarcane, corn, rice, copra, salt, and a nipa palm-produced alcoholic liquor. Dagupan is more popularly known as the Bangus capital of the country, due to the abundance of the said fish.

(Ilocos Sur) The Ilocos Norte province is located in the Ilocos region, part of Northern Luzon, with Vigan as its capital. The capital city has been a popular tourist destination, most especially for its antique houses.
