I don't know about you guys, but I find it strange to say the least that PLDT cannot find any better solution to holding up a cable than by putting one of their utility vehicles under it.
This has been there for more than a few months. It will have been there for a year soon enough.
It's a CAR for God's sake.. and they're using it as a ... telephone pole.
Well, hell, they are PLDT...
Go Figure! Sheeeeeeeeeeez
